Welcome back and good morning. Thank you again for joining us at this course. We would like to thank our esteemed faculty for helping us put together the content for the course and especially thank our sponsors and exhibitors for sponsoring the course. Please plan to visit the GI Outlook virtual exhibit hall. You can click to enter and view product information, videos, and in some cases directly chat with representatives. You can also visit the exhibit booths between November 18th and 21st, 2021 for a chance to win a $300 Visa gift card. Three winners will be randomly selected from all completed entries and will be notified by email. You received instructions in your conference materials on how to access today's presentations, complete the course evaluation, and how to claim your CME directly via the ASGE GI LEAP platform. This course is approved for 7.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. The program format today will include an overall presentation, such as the one you just heard, followed by three to four mini presentations, then a panel discussion to invite interactive audience participation. Please take an opportunity to filter any questions you may have to the faculty, including those that you'd like to go back to Camille or to Bruce during the panel discussion by using the Q&A box that you see on the panel screen. This should be located at the lower right midsection of your screen. As a courtesy, please do silence your cell phones. Photography and recordings of the course are prohibited. The course is being recorded and will become available in approximately two weeks. Good morning. Thank you, Colleen. I'll take it over from here. That talk, the first one, was just extremely intriguing for me, who's very involved in advocacy. And when you think you know everything, you have 10 more things you didn't even realize. So now I have more questions. Back to the drawing board. I want to really thank Dr. Rex and ASGE for inviting me to be one of the course directors. It's been an honor to work with Colleen and Bruce over the last year and a half, because this has been a work in progress for a year and a half, thanks to pandemic. We were hoping for this to be live, but here we are doing it virtual again. But nevertheless, we will make it as impactful as possible. And all of our speakers have been very open to being contacted even afterwards if they're not available today to answer questions.
