Dr. Glenn Littenberg is the chief medical officer and a full-time practicing gastroenterologist with the largest independent GI group in California, Insight Digestive Health Care. He has served and continues to serve in several prominent roles on behalf of ASGE, notably as ASG's advisor to the AMA CPT editorial panel and the longstanding chair of the ASG reimbursement committee. Kathy Mueller is a health care consultant with over 35 years in health care experience, including ICU, CCU nursing, physician office administration, GI claims submission and adjudication, and seminar instruction. She's the owner of Ask Mueller Consulting and is a nationally known speaker and the author of multi-specialty medical and surgical coding workbooks. Kathy is the co-editor of the ASG Coding Primer and answers the coding email for ASGE. Kristen Vaughn is a national consultant with over 15 years of coding and billing experience. She currently is a full-time consultant and trainer with Ask Mueller Consulting, through which she continues to offer seminar instruction, auditing, and on-site consulting. She's a certified professional medical auditor and certified ICD-10 trainer. She's the co-author of several workbooks and programs specific to gastroenterology. She also answers the coding email for ASGE. I will now turn the proverbial floor over to Dr. Lindenberg. Thank you very much, Eden. It's nice to be with you this morning. This is what I call Saturday morning. Tomorrow, you can watch Jane Pauley on Sunday morning, but today, we're going to talk about a lot of different things and hope we can make your day filled with facts and try to resolve some of the controversies and confusions that you face every day in dealing with GI practice, coding, and reimbursement issues. It's going to be, I think, an unusually challenging year coming up. There are a lot of changes. We're going to try to review those in as much detail as we can today. It's going to be a challenging year in terms of reimbursement if Congress does not take action. We are hoping and we are certainly advocating strongly to try to prevent what will amount to about a 10% cut in reimbursement from Medicare altogether. We're going to jump right into what's breaking news, 2023 preview, and current issues impacting GI. I'm turning this over to Kathy to get this booted up. Thank you.
