Hello, my name is Joe Vicari. I am one of the faculty members in this year's version of the ASGE's Advanced Practice Provider course. We thought it'd be fun to release  some questions prior to the course to get you interested and to get you excited about this year's course. So let's release our first question, and this year's first question  is, which of the following is the correct indication for multi-target school DNA, or otherwise known as Cologuard? One, family history of colon cancer. Two, screening for  colon cancer in average-risk patients. Three, screening for dysplasia in patients with ulcerative  colitis. Or four, personal history of colon adenoma. If you need to at the moment, go ahead and pause the video, take time to think, and restart when you'd like to hear the correct  answer. The correct answer is two, screening for colon cancer in average-risk patients. That is the only indication for Cologuard. If the Cologuard test is positive, then the  patient should have a follow-up colonoscopy. If the Cologuard is negative, then they should have a repeat Cologuard again in three years.
