Good morning, and welcome back to many of you. Today is day two of the live stream event, ASG's annual GI Advanced Practice Provider course. In addition to experiencing a wonderful course today, each of you will have ongoing access to the recordings from the course via GILeap, ASG's online learning management system. Before the course directors officially kick off the day, a few housekeeping items. My name is Eden Essex and I will be the announcer for this course. This course has been approved for up to 15 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. To receive your CME certificate, you must complete the course evaluation for each day of attendance. The evaluation form will be available in GILeap one hour before the close of the course each day. After completing the evaluation, you will be able to immediately download the CME certificate. Your feedback is extremely helpful in shaping the future of ASG courses, and we appreciate your comments. Faculty disclosures can be found in your program materials, and all potential conflicts of interest were resolved prior to this course. Now it is my pleasure to introduce our course directors. Sarah Inslin is a physician assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She received her degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and has over 10 years of experience as a practicing PA in GI. She's the advanced practice provider manager for the University Medicine Service Line and co-lead advanced practice provider for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. In addition to administrative responsibilities, she has a busy clinical practice with special interest in pancreatic obiliary disease and GI oncology. She routinely lectures at the Rochester Institute of Technology Physician's Assistance Program and is a preceptor for APP students from four colleges and universities. Sarah is a member of the ASG Practice Operations Committee. Dr. Vivek Kahl is the Siegel Watson Professor of Medicine and former Chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. His clinical, research, and medical education efforts are focused in therapeutic endoscopy interventional endoscopic ultrasound, and advanced ERCP. He also specializes in esophageal endotherapy for Barrett's and esophageal cancer. He has specific expertise in complex interventional endoscopy, especially in the patient with GI cancer. Dr. Kahl has extensive experience in collaborating with and mentoring subspecialty APPs in gastroenterology and hepatology. Dr. Kahl is a member of ASG's Reimbursement Committee. I will now hand the floor over to Dr. Kahl. Thank you, Eden, and good morning to all. Welcome to our second day of the ASG Annual GI Advanced Practice Provider Course. We're so pleased with the support this course has received all around and with the fantastic success of day one. We look forward to day two with great excitement. Advanced practice providers are crucial members of the GI team in trying to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Thank you for joining us this morning. This course has been very well attended, and we are very grateful for that. Also, thanks go out to Olympus Corporation for Americas for their support of this course, in part through an educational grant. We have an all-star faculty at this course, and without further ado, I will hand over the presentation to Sarah Ancelin, PA, who's my co-course director as well. Welcome, Sarah. Thank you, Dr. Kahl.
