The second day covers best clinical practices for endoscopic procedures, evaluation and management algorithms for common GI symptoms and diseases, patient evaluation for liver disease, IBD, acute pancreatitis, Celiac disease, and Barrett's esophagus, interpretation of GI imaging tests, and knowledge of the NordICC Trial Study and education strategies for patients and referring physicians.<br /><br />The target audience for the course includes APPs who are new to GI or looking for a refresher, APP supervisors, physician leaders, and administrators responsible for onboarding APPs and developing effective collaboration. Physicians can earn up to 14.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, while other healthcare professionals will receive a certificate of participation.<br /><br />The course is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based education, and all financial relationships of committee members and staff planners are disclosed and peer-reviewed for potential conflicts of interest.
