Good morning, everyone. On behalf of Dr. Ken Chang, my course co-director, and me, I'd like to welcome everyone to the ASGE Endoscopy Live course, Interventional EUS and Endohepatology. We have lined up amazing faculty who will be performing cases live as well as moderating the sessions for the next four hours. I hope you will enjoy them as well as learning from them. The format for today's course is that we have two two-hour sessions. Within each session, we'll demonstrate three interventional EUS cases, followed by one endohepatology case. We have selected a variety of cases so that by the end of the course, you would have seen pretty much all bread-and-butter cases within these two fields. It's my great honor to briefly introduce the eight expert faculty who will be performing live cases, Dr. Ji Bang and Dr. Shayan Baradarajulu from Orlando Health, Dr. Ken Chang, my course co-director from UC Irvine, Dr. Shayan Irani from Virginia Mason, Dr. Mohan Kashyap from Johns Hopkins, Dr. Manuel Perez Miranda from Rio Jordica University from Spain, and my mentors and colleagues, Dr. Marvin Yu and Dr. Chris Thompson from Brigham and Women's Hospital. So one housekeeping item, if you'd like to leave any questions for our faculty, please do so using the Q&A button at the bottom of the Zoom page. Please do not use the chat button. And without further ado, I'd like to pass the mic on to these two very important faculty who have been working very hard behind the scene, Dr. Sri Komanduri from Northwestern University. He's our operational manager for today's course, and Dr. Venkat Akshintala from Johns Hopkins, who will be one of our moderators. Venkat, the mic is yours. Thank you, Sai. It's my great pleasure to introduce the moderators for session one. And the moderators for session one would be Dr. Kenneth Binmolar from California Pacific Medical Center, Dr. Sai Jirapenu from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dr. Amit Rastogi from University of Kansas School of Medicine, and Dr. Thomas Roche from Hamburg, Germany.
