Good morning, everyone. Welcome to ASGE Live with a focus on pancreatic biliary cases. We have a great day. We have great cases lined up for you, all focused on the pancreas and the biliary tree with the EUS and ERCP cases. I want to welcome our moderators, Dr. Linda Lee, Dr. Alessandro Repicci, and course co-director, Dr. Todd Barron. Thank you for taking the time to be with us. The course will be a total of four hours, and we're going to be showing you between seven and eight cases, diagnostic EUS, interventional EUS, and all kinds of ERCP cases. I want to thank our team here at Johns Hopkins, the ASGE staff, ASGE leadership, and all the participating hospitals and faculty. There's a lot of effort that is being put to arrange for these courses, but the value and the educational value is worth it, and that's why we are here today. Without further ado, we're going to go ahead and start our first case. We'll switch to Shruti, who is one of our advanced fellows here at Hopkins, to present the slides. Go ahead, Shruti.
