Despite initial difficulties with traditional interventions, endoscopic ultrasound-guided coil embolization was successfully performed. Using a fine needle aspiration needle, an embolization coil was deployed within the vessel, leading to immediate cessation of flow. The patient recovered well post-procedure, with no further bleeding episodes. Follow-up imaging confirmed complete obliteration of the pseudoaneurysm, and the patient experienced no recurrent bleeding for a year. This case highlights the efficacy of EUS-guided coil embolization as a viable treatment option for pseudoaneurysms when traditional methods are not feasible.
