Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the ASG JGES ESD training advanced course today. I guess most of you already enjoyed the primer course yesterday and the day before yesterday. But today and tomorrow, we are planning to give you much more intensive training regarding ESD technique and also very exciting new tricks. I'm now Hisaya Hagi from Keio University and together with Norio Fukami from Mayo Clinic, we are going to host this course as course directors. Well, ESD is a kind of very primitive, simple technique, but usually highly effective. And simple technical change or some tricks make huge difference. And we are trying to give you many information as far as possible regarding the new techniques and tricks during this course. I wanted to find out the numbers because we have a little bit of overstaffed or over registration. So could you raise your hand if you're participating this morning? Participants? So the plan is to have half of your group go to the hands-on this morning, half will stay, and then we're going to switch in the afternoon. And tomorrow is going to be whole day hands-on. The idea was to make only two people at the station. You might have three people at the station, but we just have to work with it. Advanced course is designed to give you the tips and techniques and some opportunity to improve your skill. So if you're coming back in the future, please bring your case to see how you can improve with this with a procedure so that we can give you the guidance or feedback or tips why it was not going well and what can be done, what could have been done at the time. Having said that, at the station, teacher will be asking you the question what you want to learn. So this is a really tailored course, so you have to have an objective. What you want to learn for the hands-on station, you have a lot of time to practice on, so try to focus on the one that you need to improve. You cannot say just I want to do ESD, that's for primary course. We want you to know what the shortcomings that you have, so you have to have introspect. You have to reflect on your procedure, how it went, and what was the difficulty that you need to improve upon. So hopefully we can do that today, and tomorrow we will repeat again. Tomorrow the difference is half of the stations have live peak again. Today everything is explained. So tomorrow we'll switch around live peak to explained, so don't worry that if you're not assigned to live peak, you're going to have an opportunity. For the agenda, we had a switch of the speaker for pre-COAG on the vessels. Dr. Yahagi was assigned, but Dr. Toyonaga will be speaking on it. We're going to have a break in between during the session, and also at the lecture hall. And afternoon will resume at 1pm. Whoever hasn't changed clothes, or if you want to change, let's do it early, so that you don't miss the time. Now, how many of you have a number already? Probably half of it. Letters, letters and numbers. We have many virtual attendees, and for you, we will have a virtual live demonstration from the hands-on lab in the afternoon. That will be from 1 o'clock, 1.30, starting with Dr. Toyonaga and Dr. Yamamoto and Dr. Yahagi explaining more advanced technique. So be sure to come back for that. This session, even the lecture hall, is supposed to be interactive, so please ask questions. There's no stupid question. Just push the button on the table. Make sure that the green light is lit on, and then start speaking so that everybody can hear. The live audience, I mean virtual audience, you can also ask questions. I keep monitoring your questions, and I ask on behalf of you. Hopefully we can make a really good discussion, and we brought the video. I think one of you brought one case, and I appreciate that. In the future, I hope to see many more participation bringing the video. Preliminarily, next year's course will be in July 2023, so look out for announcement. We'll do it much earlier than this year, and unfortunately, it's going to be a little more expensive. Finally, we would like to have an evaluation suggestion.
