On behalf of my co-directors, Peter Dragunov and James Buxbaum from Keck University, USC, and myself, my name is Asma Shaukat, I'm from NYU, we would like to thank all of you in  person here and those online for joining us today. We're going to be talking about expanding the scope of fundamental and advanced endoscopy,  so hopefully there's a lot today for all of us for our practices. We would also like to thank our faculty who joined us today and have worked very hard  to put these presentations together, and the idea is to make this very interactive. This is our expert faculty that will be joining us today.  We tried to make a very interactive format and give you all perspective, the pros and cons of different approaches, because as you know, our field is as much a science as an art.  So we will cover some of that today. Enjoy the course.
