I think we're going to pull up Dr. Goncalves in the background, but we'll go ahead and get started. So I need some audience participation here, so I want you guys to shout out the answer. The first question, the esophagus, A, B, or C, or D? A. Correct. Moves food from the mouth to the stomach. Second question, the esophagus, A, B, C, or D? What? D. So all of those are correct above. Next question. If you guys have any questions about the correct answer, we will effectively go out and we'll be out in the reception area. Just find us and ask us, but we want to get to that reception, so we're going to move on. In regards to the stomach, A, B, C, or D? Correct. C. It's where food is ground up into small pieces to increase digestive and absorptive surface area. Which of the following is the cause of leading peptic ulcers? That's right. H. pylori. Crohn's disease is associated with A, B, C, or D? What? Exactly. Deep ulcerations and fistula formation anywhere in the GI tract. Liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. So the liver is important for all of the following except? That is correct. That would be the pancreas. Upper GI endoscopies and colonoscopy generally have the same dials to control scope tip direction. Yes, that is true. The dials are the same for the upper and the lower scope. In most GI endoscopes, optical fibers and electrical signals from digital chips are used to carry both light to the scope tip and images to the image processor and monitor. Correct. Esophageal disorders can result in A, B, C, or D? Correct. D. The initial treatment of bleeding peptic ulcers includes all the following except? A, B, C, or D? What's the answer? A, B, C, or D. Correct. So that would be rare. But yes, we use proton pump inhibitors and upper scope to treat and IV fluids to help support the patient. What type of endoscope can be used to view at least part of the small intestine? A, B, C, or D? Correct. So again, upper scope, we're seeing the first part of the duodenum endoscope looking at the small intestine. Colonoscope, we can actually get into the last part, the terminal ilium, so D. Diverticulosis is associated with an increased risk of A, B, C, or D? That's right. Lower GI bleeding. Neurologists commonly perform all of the following services except? Correct. You guys are good. Crohn's disease can cause ulcers or fistulas in the colon, the small intestine. The colon and small intestine, or D? Correct. D. So colon, small intestine, and the perianal area. IBS. A, B, C, or D? Correct. Again, for IBS, you have to have abdominal pain. So it's B. And that's it. You guys did great. I think it might be hard to find a winner, but we have... Oh, you got it. Okay, we got winners. So we're going to do the top five winners. The average score for you all was 5,974 points. So use that as your benchmark. Number five is Lance Leader at 8,279 points. Congratulations, Lance. Good job. Our number four was... And I apologize if I do not pronounce your last name correctly in advance. It's Renee Crocco? Crocco? At 8,351 points. Renee, I am so sorry if I butchered that last name. Excellent. Congratulations, good job. Our number three winner is Tricia Morris at 8,855 points. And our number two winner is Lela Jackson at 9,263 points. Wow, you're all pretty excited about this for them. I can feel it. All right, and our number one leader for today's Knowledge Question Challenge was Jennifer Pyro at 9,296 points. Congratulations, and thank you all, actually, for doing a great job. I think... I want to also just give a round of applause for our faculty today and all that they did for you. Brian, I didn't know if you wanted to have a couple of parting words or not, but I'll give you that option here. But just a couple of logistics. We're going to end today, and we're going to break for our reception. And the buses will take you back around 5.30-ish. I think they'll be showing up here, or 5.45, something like that. I think it's 5.30 that they'll be here. So plan on that. Tomorrow morning, same schedule again. 7 a.m., buses picking you up. Coming here, we'll have breakfast available for you, and then we get convening on day two with a focus on EOE content specifically. And that'll begin at 8 a.m. So I don't know, is there any... Did you want to do any parting words before I turn everybody loose? You got it. Love to. So what'd you guys think? They won in the books. Awesome! Pretty cool, right? Crazy to think this is our third time being here, fourth overall, even when we first launched. But it's a unique experience. So the one thing I want to say before we get to... And I know, Ed, you thank the faculty. So Chris and I, he helped kick off this morning. Our kind of North Star, our mission statement, if you will, has always been, how do we help transform the treatment of EOE to help change the lives of patients? And that being said, I can't thank you all enough, because at the end of the day, they're giving their time, their effort, not just to their day job, but also to others that are on the mission to try to help them in what they do. I know Ed said it, but I want to make sure you heard it loud and clear. Second thing, very important, from here moving forward, Ed, we've got to make sure... I'm glad we had some people at the leaderboard, but we're taking MSLs off the... But I'll end with this. I'm hoping today, between not only all the different lectures and different information you went through, but you now have a better understanding of what your customers go through every day, how they treat the patients, what they may be thinking about. Also, there's a business aspect of it as well, but all that goes in together to trying to make a difference for whether it be one of our kids, an adult, some of that suffering, in many cases suffering in silence. So thank you for giving your all, because it takes a lot to dial in and stay focused for that time, and we'll do it all again tomorrow. So with that, let's go have a little fun outside. What do you all say?
