The ASGE Recognized Industry Associate (ARIA) Program involves close collaboration between ASGE and industry to research and bring new products to market and educate gastroenterologists and their teams about new pharmaceuticals, devices, procedures, and technologies. The program aims to leverage ASGE's strengths as an education society to educate industry representatives about gastrointestinal (GI) issues and patient needs, while fostering relationships between ASGE and industry to improve patient care.

The program offers several benefits for participants, including a better understanding of basic GI anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, improved communication with the GI team, and recognition for professional development through the ARIA "certificate of completion" program. The program also provides ongoing educational opportunities.

The agenda for the program includes sessions on the GI tract in health and disease, a day in the life of a gastroenterologist, hands-on sessions, an overview of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a knowledge challenge, and a course summary. There will also be networking opportunities with the course faculty.

Participants are provided with free WiFi access during the program, and they can connect to the ASGE_Guest network. Microphones are available for participants to ask questions, and it is encouraged to use the microphone for recording purposes. Restroom facilities, lockers, and a bio-skills lab are also available for participants.

Finally, participants are reminded that the online post-assessment for the program is due by July 1, 2022, and passing requires a score of 80% or higher.
