Good morning, and welcome to the ASG IT&T Center in Chicago. My name is Mo Al-Haddad. I'm one of the course directors, joined by Dr. Sai Girapinu, who I'm sure you all, I hope, have not gotten tired of all the emails that we bombarded you with in the last three to four months about this course and PrEP and what to expect when you come here. I'm so humbled by the turnout. I have to say, this is definitely a concern when you run advanced endoscopy courses. There are so many of them now. Almost every weekend, there's something going on somewhere. A lot of the academic programs have their own courses as well. Industry has courses. But you all taking the time to be here this weekend is a great source of joy and pleasure to us to be part of your educational journey as you start your advanced endoscopy careers. And I can tell you that many of the friendships I made over the years came from attending courses like that. And also, a lot of the skill, the cognitive part of being an advanced endoscopist came from interactions I gained, and I'm sure many of the faculty here will say the same thing, gained through coming or attending these programs. Sai, welcome again. We have a whole lot to kick this off. We have a few slides with a few housekeeping issues for you to just be mindful of. And first, I would like to start off by thanking this incredibly talented and world-renowned lineup of faculty who came from all over the US to be with you here this weekend to teach you and interact with you. Please take the time to get to know them. Take the time to know each other as well. You will build a community here. You will see each other for many years to come, and I'm so glad that the future of advanced endoscopy is happening here this weekend, and you are part of it, and we're so glad to be also part of it with you. We also like to thank our partners in industry whose support is instrumental in keeping the lights on and keeping the foundation of all these courses as healthy and robust as possible. Specifically, we'd like to those who granted the ASGE to be able to do this, including Braintree, Irby, Fuji, Olympus, and Pentax, please take some time to interact with the reps and visit with them at their booths and start to build the relationships with industry. Those will stay with you as well for the rest of your careers, and they're very, very helpful. Also, I'd like to thank those who provided material and supplies for the course. You'll see this in the hands-on station. Companies like Boston Scientific, Cook Medical, Microtech, Ovesco, and Olympus all donated a lot of supplies. You will be burning through them all day today and tomorrow, and that's a lot of cost and money that we appreciate them providing. Exhibits from ConMed, Fuji, Olympus, and Pentax are out there. Please visit with them, and we appreciate the support as always. Do you want to take it from here, Sai? Thank you. Wonderful. So, because we have several of you, so basically, we are dividing all of you into two groups, so you can look at your name badge, blue and red dots. And basically, the structure of the course is that half of you will be in the lecture hall in the morning, and then do hands-on in the afternoon, and then the other group will do the reverse. So, you do hands-on first in the morning, and then lecture in the afternoon. Additionally, thank you. We have about half of you who submitted the video for the competition. Mo and I reviewed it. They were wonderful. So, at the end of today, we basically will announce the top five videos, and then we're going to have the five of you present the videos live tomorrow, and the faculty will be grading it, and then we have awards for the top three. This is the chart of the BioSkills Lab. So, for those who are going to go into the lab, basically, you're going to go through the lockers. We have the female and male lockers, and then you can put your belongings in the locker, and then basically go into the lab. No food, no drink. Everything will be labeled, so you know which station you're going to go first. We divide it so the ratio should be pretty good, so it should be one faculty to two fellows, two to three fellows. Additionally, there's a gown, so you can put the gown on as well. And at the end of the course, we're going to ask you to fill out the online evaluation, and we also have a survey, and we're going to talk about that later today. Additionally, this is going to be an interactive course, so we ask – most faculty will be presenting cases, and then if you have any questions, please use a mic. Everything that we do this weekend is being recorded. It's going to be up on GILeap, so make sure you use a mic when you ask questions so that we can hear your audio in the video that we're recording. And I think one more thing for lunch, because we're not going to meet as a whole group, I think most of you responded to the email in terms of what station you want to be sitting at for lunch. So for lunch, you're going to see a sign for Interventional EUS, ERCP, Third Space Bariatric, so you can sit and interact with the faculty in your respective fields. Any questions for the logistics? Wonderful. Looks like everyone's ready, so please look at your dot, and then for those who are starting with the hands-on, you can go to the hands-on, otherwise stay in this hall.
