I want to thank all our faculty for really showing us all of the ways to improve our upper endoscopy and really delve into some of the challenges. We were fortunate to hear from Dr. Sharma to talk about how to do a high quality upper endoscopy and then Dr. Early was able to guide us through stricture characterization and and really show us how to look at those strictures, whether they be simple or complex and how to approach the dilation and things to consider to perform a safe esophageal dilation. And then we got to hear Dr. Desai talk about H. pylori, atrophic gastritis, gastric intestinal metaplasia and know what to look for endoscopically, how to characterize and clean the mucosa and look at gastric polyps, hyperplastic fundic gland and adenoma dyspolyps, as well as thinking about gastric neoplasia and surveillance. And then we got to hear from Dr. Hirano, who talked to us about endoscopic assessment and endoscopic dilation and really took us through the whole armamentarium of diet and medical therapy for eosinophilic esophagitis. We do upper endoscopy every day and we spend a lot of time doing it, but it's great to hear how we could do it better and take more time to really give our patients the most for that endoscopy and most for some of these challenging areas that we may or may not get to spend as much time doing either during our training or during our time taking care of patients to sort of update us on how best to manage these patients. And finally, I want to thank the audience for taking time this Saturday morning to really dedicate it for you and your patients and your practice. And thank you to ASGE for putting together this program. Marilyn and Bernie, thank you for all of your work and Ed, thank you for all of your support. And with that, I will just remind everyone to complete their evaluations and receive their CME credit for this course. Please do let us know how we can make this course better. It is our goal to help you and your practice. Thank you.
