Good morning, everyone. Welcome to ASGE Endoscopy Live. This is our first symposium out of many, hopefully. We appreciate you joining us today in this live endoscopy session that will be focused on POEM and ESD. So first, I want to thank the ASGE staff that helped us put this together. That includes Lyle, Marilyn, Ed, and Ready. I really appreciate you working hard with us. I appreciate my team here at Johns Hopkins, again, for helping us and all the participating centers that I will introduce shortly. I also really appreciate the ASGE governing board and the president, Dr. Douglas Rex, for trusting me personally with running this first seminar. So first, I want to say a few words about the quality and safety measures at ASGE live endoscopy. We take live endoscopy very seriously. Our ethical standards are very high. We have a patient advocate who reviewed all cases. Patients will remain anonymous, and all endoscopists are recognized experts in the procedures they are presenting. Patients will see their endoscopist prior to leaving the endoscopy today. Patient participants will have a follow-up encounter with their endoscopist to discuss final results and debrief after the live symposium, and adverse events will be tracked and debriefed in a multidisciplinary meeting. I want to thank our industry partners. This is not possible without their support. We have educational grants from Cook, Fuji, Medtronic, Olympus, and Steris. We have exhibitors today, Boston Scientific, Braintree, Fuji, Medtronics, and Steris. At the end of the session, you will be able to go and visit the exhibits and learn about the latest equipment and accessories in endoscopy. This is an interactive session. We hope the audience will continue to ask questions through the seminar. Please send your questions using the Q&A box and not the chat box. Our moderators will help facilitate answering your questions. We're committed to answering all the questions today. Again, we're focused on ESD and peroral endoscopic ma'arami, including other third space techniques. I thank our moderators today, two recognized experts in the field, Dr. Amol Bappai from Pune, India, and Dr. Amrita Sethi from Columbia, New York. Really appreciate you being with us today. I can't think of any better experts to moderate this show. The live endoscopists will be myself and Sawani Nam from Hopkins, Dr. Greg Haber from NYU, and Dr. Vivek Kumbhari from Mayo Jacksonville. Again, you're going to see all these experts performing live endoscopy. We're all going to learn a lot today about the basics and the advanced techniques in ESD and poem. I'm going to stop sharing my screen here. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you on the other side with the live endoscopy. We will go now to Mayo Jacksonville for the first case by Dr. Kumbhari. Vivek, it's all yours.
