Debbie Sauls will share insights on effective recruitment, training, and managing disruptive employees, followed by a case-based interactive discussion. <br /><br />After a break, the second section, "Delivering High-Quality Care," will begin. Debbie Sauls will discuss the dos and don'ts of quality improvement projects in endoscopy units. Dr. Isenberg will then explore empowering the team through benchmarking and quality metrics. Another case-based interactive discussion will follow. <br /><br />The third section, "Empowering Exceptional Patient Experience and Safety," will focus on mastering the patient-centered experience presented by Dr. Kubiliun and creating a culture of safety presented by Dr. Martin. A final case-based interactive discussion will conclude this section. <br /><br />The event will end with final remarks and adjournment from Dr. Isenberg and Dr. Kubiliun at 1:15 pm Central Time.
