The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) is offering a workshop to address staffing challenges in the GI healthcare landscape. After the workshop, GI practice leaders will share their experiences and insights into navigating staffing, recruitment, and retention. <br />The educational activity is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education for physicians, with a maximum of 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits available. Non-physician participants will receive a certificate of participation specifying the hours of education accredited.<br />ASGE is committed to ensuring scientific rigor, research-based evidence, and neutrality in its educational activities. All subject matter experts, committee members, and staff planners involved in the activity have disclosed any relevant financial relationships, and potential conflicts of interest have been addressed and mitigated according to ACCME guidelines. Patient privacy is also protected by de-identifying patient-related material in accordance with HIPAA regulations. <br />The course is designed to meet ASGE's Outcome Level 3b Learning on an anticipated outcome-based education scale. Participants are urged to complete an online evaluation survey to claim CME credits and access course materials, including presentation slides.
