Pdf Summary
The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy has developed a Patient Satisfaction Survey to evaluate the quality of their services. The survey is brief and should take around 5 minutes to complete. It covers various aspects of the patient's experience, including the helpfulness of phone interactions, ease of scheduling, check-in process, facility cleanliness, instructions provided before and after the procedure, wait time, physician and staff courtesy and caring, skill of assisting staff, comfort level in the procedure room, and usefulness of information provided about the procedure. The survey also asks about the overall teamwork between the doctor, nurses, and other staff, as well as the patient's overall satisfaction with the procedure experience. Patients are also asked if this was their first visit to the facility and whether they would recommend it to others. There is also an opportunity for patients to provide comments regarding their experience.
