The ASGE Institute for Training and Technology program takes place <strong>Saturday–Sunday, October 17–18, 2026</strong>, at <strong>3300 Woodcreek Drive, Downers Grove, Illinois</strong>. Course directors are Andrew Storm, MD, and Judy Trieu, MD, MPH. <strong>Saturday, October 17:</strong> Registration, breakfast, and exhibits begin at 7:00 a.m., followed by welcome remarks. Morning presentations cover gallbladder and biliary drainage, EDGE, gastroenterostomy, portal pressure measurement, vascular therapies, pancreatic collections and duct drainage, and ablation of pancreatic cysts and tumors. A faculty Q&A follows. After lunch, participants attend Bioskills Lab #1, with stations on tissue sampling/radiofrequency ablation and portal pressure gradients. The day concludes with take-home points and a reception. <strong>Sunday, October 18:</strong> The morning opens with breakfast and a presentation on building an iEUS practice. Bioskills Lab #2 features stations on AXIOS access and access-assist devices. The program ends with a box lunch, wrap-up, and adjournment. Shuttles run between the DoubleTree Hotel and the ASGE facility at designated times only. Sunday attendees checking out of the hotel are advised to bring luggage on the shuttle; onsite storage is available. Lab participants should use the restroom access route, and food and beverages are not allowed in the lab.
