We will go to our first question, which is, can you give any examples of software options for patient pre-registration?  Our EHR checks eligibility and patient responsibility, but the front end is a very manual process.  I can give you an example of what we use, we use ModMAD's GMAD, automated front desk option with G-Kiosk, and it checks for the eligibility and it works pretty good in that regard.  It does automate some of the stuff from the eligibility standpoint, but I'm sure there are some other third party add-ons that you can use for your EHR, with your current EHR,  but that's what we use and it works good for us. And they have a separate, I mean, we are using the whole package for the EHR and front office  and all, but they have a separate entity called G-Kiosk, which can be integrated with your EHR.
