Good morning, everyone. We've got about 100 people that have joined us. So welcome to this ASGE masterclass on colonoscopy. I'm Doug Rex from Indiana University and we'll be with you all day today. And I'm joined by two good friends and experts in colonoscopy. One is Amit Rastogi, who is a professor of medicine at the University of Kansas and who is an all-around advanced endoscopist, but who has had a longstanding interest in colonoscopy, many aspects of it, detection and resection. He and I have collaborated many times and it's a great joy and privilege to have him join us today for the course. And also my friend and colleague, Tanya Kaltenbach from San Francisco, who is up early. Tanya is an expert in every aspect of colonoscopy and you may know her as the first author of the U.S. Multisociety Task Force recommendations on how to perform resection in the colorectum. And she's going to join us for a couple of talks this morning. We'll take questions for her at the end of her talks and then she's going to break away for the rest of the day, but we're lucky to have her with us this morning. We've got ASGE staff who are joining us. Our overall goal today is to review with you the basics of performing really good, really great colonoscopy from the standpoint of safety, as well as achieving very high levels of detection and performing resection very effectively. So we're going to try to stay very practical and show a lot of video about how things are actually done. There's plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and we ask that you put those questions into the Q&A box and we'll be monitoring those while others are speaking. The other faculty members will keep an eye on those. We may answer some of the questions directly into the Q&A box or bring them up later at the end of talks or at the Q&A session at 1130, depending on how things are going. We'll have just a short break at about noon, just before the video quiz starts, if everything stays on time, just for you to run to the refrigerator, for Amit and I to run to the refrigerator, grab something to eat, and then we'll have the video quiz. So that's the basic format for the day. So I think now we can go ahead and get started.
