This is a recording of a webinar that took place on May 27th, 2026.This series aims to equip advanced practice providers with practical, guideline-aligned approaches to the diagnosis and management of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). It is designed to build confidence in the use of both first-line and step-up therapies—including proton pump inhibitors, topical steroids, dietary therapy, dilation, and biologics—while emphasizing patient safety and shared decision-making. The program also focuses on standardizing longitudinal disease monitoring through symptoms, endoscopic findings (EREFS), and histology, with an emphasis on relapse prevention. Finally, it seeks to improve care coordination across gastroenterology, allergy, and nutrition services, including best practices for transitioning pediatric patients into adult care.
