Here's the technique of multiband ligation using the technique of multiple bands which are fitted on top of the cap of the endoscope.  We've gone in suction placed a rubber band and now the hexagonal snare which is part of the kit is applied and I'm cutting below the band which is the preferred way of removing  the lesion. When you want to remove a second lesion always make sure that you don't leave a band of mucosa.  So look at this I'm going right at the edge of the second lesion and suction apply the rubber band and then go in with the snare which is provided and again going below the  rubber band and applying standard electrocautery settings in this situation using endocut to remove the lesion by endoscopic mucosal resection.  Next step which is important is to make sure that you actually retrieve the lesions because if you do the EMR but the lesions are not retrieved it becomes meaningless.  So have these tools such as the retrieval basket ready go and open it and then remove both those lesions which are shown here.  Finally look at the resected area to make sure there's no bleeding and you're looking at the margins which are clear and a complete resected area.
