I feel wonderful. I wish I knew about it 25 years ago. That's when I started my fellowship and then working as an attending in 2001. So gosh, wow. So that was 22 years of stretching and release. Thank you. I hope you guys feel amazing and ready for the rest of your day. Really want to thank Amandeep and Joanna for putting together this wonderful course and the entire women's committee under the leadership of Ashley Foe in the back. And then all of the faculty who have come to participate, the lectures were amazing this morning. And you guys are just in for a real treat with the hands-on sessions. And we're just grateful that you're here. And I know that you get Amandeep and Joanna, you mentioned this earlier, but just use this opportunity, yes, to learn about endoscopy and doing it right and standing right and feeling good and really finding joy in what you do without pain. But also building relationships with all of the folks that are in this room, particularly each other, the attendees, because these are relationships that will go throughout the course of your career. All of these women I've been interacting with on some level and will continue to do that. And we want the same for you. And please just engage with us. We are here because we want to meet you, we want to get to know you, and we want to make sure you have successful and joyous careers. And ask us about anything, life too, right? And because we're still figuring out, but we have some tools to help you. So I'm not going to talk any longer, Joanna, OK? Anything else you guys want to say? Any other instructions you want to give? Crystal Lynch is live tweeting all of this, you guys, so follow her. Her handle is, she's right there in the corner, at crystallynchmd, K-R-I-S-C-L-E-N-C-H-M-D, at whatever, Twitter, X. Follow her, tag her, you guys. So we love some social media traction if you can, please. We greatly appreciate that. And also ASGE and DASCA, please. And we have a little break. Given the timing, let's resume at 10.50 in the lab. If you're in group E, you're going to meet Amandeep and her cohort out in the library, which is right where the piano is. So everyone else, unless you're in group E, you're going to start in the lab. Group E is going to be here where the piano is.
