Diagnostic EUS Training Program Application Fee (non-refundable)
Diagnostic EUS Program: Cohort #6 2025-26
Applications for the 2024-25 Diagnostic EUS cohort are being accepted through July 31, 2025.

Applicants will be notified by September 30, 2025 of their acceptance in to the program.
Description
This is the non-refundable application fee for the Diagnostic EUS Training Program, a collaboration between ASGE and Olympus. If you have already emailed your application components and are ready to submit your fee, continue with this course.

Required materials for a complete application
Email the following components to DiagnosticEUS@asge.org:
  • Copy of your current CV, highlighting your GI fellowship graduation year (must be five years or more beyond fellowship)
  • Copy of your medical license
  • Copy of your AGIM Gastroenterology board certification certificate
  • Personal statement on why training in diagnostic EUS is important to your career and your practice
  • Letter of support from your practice or institution
  • Two letters of reference and support
  • A current photograph
And, this $75 non-refundable application fee.
