About the Presenter
Mandeep Sawhney, MD, MS, is a clinician and researcher with experience in therapeutic endoscopy. His specific areas of expertise include endoscopic ultrasound for gastrointestinal and mediastinal malignancies, and for pancreatic and biliary diseases. His research interests include colon cancer screening and surveillance and outcomes in gastrointestinal endoscopy. He co-authored the updated ASGE/ACG paper on Quality Indicators Common to All Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Procedures and has served on the ASGE Quality Assurance in Endoscopy Committee.
