Description

This CME activity consists of the ASGE video, Endoscopic Features of Lymphoproliferative Diseases (OLV006), followed by a post-assessment and evaluation.

Lymphoproliferative diseases of the digestive tube are rare diseases with a large spectrum of clinical manifestations and endoscopic features. This video production presents in detail the endoscopic, histologic, and radiologic findings along with the clinical background and management of several distinct endoscopic presentations of gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, duodenal follicular lymphoma, posttransplantation lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) of the duodenum, colonic MALT lymphoma, solitary rectal plasmacytoma, and high-grade diffuse large B cell colorectal lymphoma. The purpose of this video is to familiarize gastroenterologists with the endoscopic manifestations of lymphoproliferative diseases and their management.

Target Audience

Practicing gastroenterologists, gastroenterology fellows and trainees, medical residents, physician assistants and nurses.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the endoscopic features of gastric lymphomas
  • Discuss the endoscopic features of duodenal lymphomas
  • Discuss the endoscopic features of colonic lymphomas

To complete this activity,

  1. View the video.
  2. Complete the Post –assessment by selecting the single best answer for each multiple choice question. You will be able to change your answer at any time until you click on the finish button. Multiple attempts are given and each question must be answered correctly before proceeding to the next question. Persons scoring 100% pass the test and can print a CME certificate. Exams can be saved to access at a later date.
  3. Complete the Evaluation.
