These resources were created by leading EoE experts to improve the diagnosis, management and overall care of patients with EoE.
ASGE EoE Program Goals
  • Make the biggest impact for patients who are at risk or have been diagnosed with EoE
  • Increase awareness and implementation of EoE guideline and ASGE Consensus Statement recommendations
  • Improve the use of standardized evidence-based endoscopic protocols to diagnose, treat and monitor EoE patients
  • Provide information and resources to help improve access to high-quality care for patients with suspected and documented EoE
  • Provide consistent educational resources that can be used to educate providers and facilitate decreased delays in diagnosis for those at risk for EoE
  • Increase provider and public knowledge of EoE with a focus on other GI disease states that may mimic EoE
