Description

The ASGE Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Self-Assessment Program VII (GESAP VII) is a premier resource for assessing knowledge, preparing for certification exams and earning points for ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC).

The Patient Preparation, Monitoring and Sedation module includes 49 peer-reviewed questions and answers.  Participants will be able to test their knowledge, compare the answers to those of their peers, and view the rationale for the correct answers and related references.  Track your progress and return at any time.

Target Audience

GESAP VIII is designed for Endoscopists, gastroenterologists and other health care professionals who wish to assess and update their current knowledge of gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Learning Objectives

As a result of completing this activity, participants should be able to:
•    Apply clinical management strategies, endoscopic techniques and knowledge of gastrointestinal disease to his/her practice.
•    Assess specific continuing education needs and identify areas in which additional study is needed.
•    Discuss new developments and important current issues in endoscopy.
