Diagnostic EUS Program: Cohort #3 2021-22

Applications for the 2021-22 Diagnostic EUS cohort are being accepted through August 31, 2021.

Applicants will be notified by September 30, 2021 of their acceptance in to the program.

Description

This is the non-refundable application fee for the Diagnostic EUS Training Program, a collaboration between ASGE and Olympus. If you have already emailed your application components and are ready to submit your fee, continue with this course.

Required materials for a complete application

Email the following components to DiagnosticEUS@asge.org:

Copy of your current CV, highlighting your GI fellowship graduation year (must be five years or more beyond fellowship)
Copy of your medical license
Copy of your AGIM Gastroenterology board certification certificate
Personal statement on why training in diagnostic EUS is important to your career and your practice
Letter of support from your practice or institution
Two letters of reference and support
A current photograph

And, this $75 non-refundable application fee.
