Video Transcription

Video Summary

The EvoEndo is a sedation-free endoscope with a 3.5mm outer diameter, designed for pediatric and adult upper endoscopies. It can be passed through the nose or mouth without anesthesia, making it suitable for basic diagnostic evaluations and procedures like biopsies. Clinical studies show it can be used with lidocaine jelly and lubricant successfully. This endoscope has a two-millimeter working channel and four-way deflection capability with a 120-degree field of view. Its small size and mobility make it ideal for bedside evaluations. The EvoEndo may reduce the need for sedation in simple diagnostic procedures, offering a promising alternative for future medical practices.
